O.K. Here is the update!

We are packing, packing, packing. This only after a horrible week of sickness. I have never been so glad for a week to be over with in my life. It started out last weekend, with me being sick and then it just got worse. Landon was very sick (from both ends) on Wed. and then came me again with a bad head cold and self diagnosed bronchitis. Taylor followed up with throwing up and the runs. Mark ended up with all of the above on Friday evening. His weekend was shot with being ill. Finally today...we are all back on track. Mark still has the head cold, and I still have the cough and sniffles, but all in all...we're o.k.

We have surprisingly gotten quite a bit done. There isn't much left to be packed. Most of it is stuff that has to wait at least until this weekend. I am happy to say that my mom and 11 year old cousin are coming tomorrow night. They will be staying until Monday and that will be a huge help.

We have an appointment on Friday to measure for carpet for the new place. The previous owners were heavy smokers, so we wanted to be safe and replace the carpet and padding. Mark and some other guys will paint the place out on Wednesday next week and probably Thurs. Hopefully we will be able to move completely in by Saturday, March 3rd. In the meantime, we will be staying at Mark's parents home.

The last hurdle we have to cross is getting rid of our dog. She can't go with us to the new home, park rules. So, we must find a home for her. It is very sad. We love our dog. She is really a part of our family. So, if you would pray that we would find a loving home for her. Time is running out. Landon and I are having a hard time with this decision. I know it is for the best, but it is very hard to give her up. We have had her for 8 years now. So sad....

O.k. enough...I'll post some new pictures at a later time. We do have some recent ones. Taylor is really growing. He climbed up all the stairs today. By himself. Big boy now! Landon is such a big help with Taylor. He loves his little brother and it shows. I am very thankful for that. God truly is Good, No GREAT!
